Your first point of contact should always be the Event Organiser for any questions about the booking process.
Bookwhen administers booking solutions to Event Organisers' and cannot answer any questions relating to specific events or bookings.
This policy is designed to protect your data and the security of our customer's accounts (our customer is the Event Organiser).
The Bookwhen team can only make changes to their account (and your booking) with their contact and consent.
Via the booking page
You can find the Event Organiser information in the bottom left-hand corner of their booking page:
Via the Customer Portal
If you have already made a booking, you may find their contact information in your booking confirmation email.
If you have created an account alongside making a booking, you can view the event organiser's information by logging in, selecting Events from the top right-hand corner, and then the Upcoming tab:
From here, select the three dots next to the event, then View responses:
You can view your event organiser's contact information under Host contact details:
