Reporting on Customer Groups with the Customer list
The Customer list is a great way to get a general overview and report of all customers that belong to a customer group.
You can filter by:
Customer Group | Search for customers in a specific customer group. |
To do this, select Customers from the left-hand menu, then Filter by:
From here, select your filter option, then Add.
In this example, the customer group option has been selected:
You can then click into the Groups field to show a drop-down of all your customer groups. You can select all or certain groups that you would like to view, then select Search to generate the results.
The results appear in the list below and include information on whether they were manually added to the group or are part of the group due to having a paid membership.

You can export this list in a spreadsheet format by selecting the Options drop-down menu, then Export customers (CSV):
Customer Groups Overview
The customer group overview page allows you to view the total number of active customers within a group and the offers available to that group.
From here, look for the active customers figure within the group tile:
๐ก Important notes:
When you set up a membership, the customer group is automatically created for you and will show in the customer group overview.
If you have active customers, select View to open the group, and scroll down to the Customers section to view all active customers within the group.
From here, you can view the specific group in the Customer list directly by selecting Actions and then Show on customers list:
