💡 Tip: You can use this method to download past invoices and check your current subscription cost, including the amount due at your next renewal.
To access your invoices:
Select Account, then Plans & billing from the left-hand menu on your account.
Select the Options drop-down menu, then View invoices.
Select the three dots next to the date of the invoice to either view, print or download it:
How Bookwhen handles unpaid subscription invoices
If there's an unpaid subscription invoice on your account, the system will continue to notify you and prompt payment. To pay your invoice:
Select Account, then Plans & billing from the left-hand menu on your account.
Select the Options drop-down menu, then View invoices.
Find the unpaid invoice and select the three dots next to it for payment options.
What happens if your invoice remains unpaid
If a subscription invoice isn’t paid after a certain time, your account may become restricted. This could mean limited access to features or temporary suspension of your subscription until payment is made. Bookings and customer access may also be affected.
To avoid disruption, we recommend settling the invoice as soon as possible.
If you’re having trouble paying
Check the following:
You might be trying to pay for a booking instead of a subscription invoice.
There could be an issue with your saved payment method or billing details.
