You can switch your plan between monthly and annual subscriptions or change your plan within the month or year. Your invoice will be adjusted to reflect the time on the original plan and the new one. If you switch to a cheaper plan, credit will be added to your account.

This article covers:

Changing your subscription

Select the Account drop-down menu, then Plans & billing, to view the plan you are signed up for and the restrictions and features that apply to it.

If you wish to change your plan, you can use the upgrade and downgrade links underneath each option.

You may change the currency in which you view pricing options by selecting the payment settings link at the bottom of the page.

Annual to monthly (and vice versa) on the same plan

When you switch your annual plan to monthly, the remaining time adds pro-rated credit to your account, automatically covering future payments.

Once it's used up and your yearly contract ends, you'll be charged the new monthly plan amount. The next billing date will be from the date of the switch.

If you switch from monthly to annual, you'll be charged the full year minus the time not used on the monthly plan.

For example:

Change from monthly to annual (and vice versa) and switch plans

The billing date will start from the switching date, and the invoice will be pro-rated (or credit will be added to your account, depending on whether you upgrade or downgrade).

💡 To note: You'll get access to the plan features from the switching date.

Remain on monthly and switch plans

You won't be charged on the switch day, but your next monthly invoice will be pro-rated to cover the remaining time on old and new plans. You'll have access to new plan features from the switch time.

Remain on yearly and switch plans

You won't be charged on the switch day, but your next annual invoice will be pro-rated to cover the remaining time on old and new plans. You'll have access to new plan features from the switch time.

Annual plan cancellation

We cannot offer a refund or credit if you have signed up for an annual plan and would like to cancel. This is covered in our T&Cs under 10.3.

💡 To note:

  • You will never pay for more than you use, and you will be granted access to the new plan at the time of the switch

  • If you upgrade your subscription halfway through the billing period (e.g., from a £10 to a £20 plan), you'll be charged an additional £5. This covers the unused time on the initial plan and the remaining time on the new plan.
