Great news! We offer charities and non-profit organisations 20% off monthly or annual plans. πŸŽ‰

If you are a charity or non-profit organisation, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign up for the 2-week free trial

  2. Contact the support team via live chat or by email at support@bookwhen.com. They will ask you for your non-profit/charity number.

  3. State that you are a charity and are therefore interested in receiving the discount.

πŸ’‘ Please note: Although we try to support all businesses seeking this discount, we cannot guarantee it without a qualifying non-profit/charity number.

Redeeming the code

Once you qualify, receive the code and are ready to sign up for a paid plan, open your Plans & billing page under Account in the left-hand menu. From there, select Upgrade under your desired plan:

Plans & billing page with an arrow pointing at the 'Upgrade' button at the bottom of a paid plan, indicating to users where to click to upgrade.

Enter your information in the Name on invoice and Billing address fields, then select Apply discount code before proceeding to payment details:

Upgrade screen with arrow pointing at the 'Apply discount code' hyperlink where users can click to add their discount code.

You can then enter your discount code in the Discount code field:

Example of the the 'Discount code' field, where users enter their code.

Once you've entered the discount code, select Enter payment details to complete the final stage of signing up and enter your payment details:

Payment screen showing the 'Card number' field and pay button.

πŸ’‘ To note:

  • The discount code is case-sensitive, so please be sure to copy and paste it exactly as provided, removing any spaces before or after the code.

  • The value shown on the payment form button does not show this applied discount, but the resulting invoice will reflect it.
