Keep your customers informed by adding or updating your business details, including your website, email, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and other social accounts on your public page.
To add/edit your business details:
Select Account from the left-hand menu, then Account details:
Select Edit to open the settings:
You can then add details such as Business or organisation name, Contact email address, Website address and Registered business address.
Once added/amended, remember to select Save at the bottom to save any changes.
Adding social profiles
To add your social profile:
Select the relevant profile from the drop-down menu and add the link to the right of the menu.
To add additional links, select Add another link underneath the drop-down menu field:
Remember to select Save changes once completed.
π‘ Please note: Social profiles must include the prefix 'https://'
For example, instead of www.facebook.com/bookwhenhq, it should be: https://www.facebook.com/bookwhenhq.
How your details appear to customers
Your information will appear in the footer of your public page:
