Adding or editing your business details

Learn how to add or edit your business details

Keep your customers informed by adding or updating your business details, including your website, email, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and other social accounts on your public page.


To add/edit your business details:

  1. Select Account from the left-hand menu, then Account details:

  2. Select Edit to open the settings:

  3. You can then add details such as Business or organisation name, Contact email address, Website address and Registered business address.

  4. Once added/amended, remember to select Save at the bottom to save any changes.


Adding social profiles

To add your social profile:

  1. Select the relevant profile from the drop-down menu and add the link to the right of the menu.

  2. To add additional links, select Add another link underneath the drop-down menu field:

  3. Remember to select Save changes once completed.

πŸ’‘ Please note: Social profiles must include the prefix 'https://'


How your details appear to customers

Your information will appear in the footer of your public page:
