In rare cases, a completed booking may require your attention. This can be due to a payment provider or system error.
We flag these bookings for your attention so you can identify and manage them easily, aside from your other bookings.
π‘ Please note: This section will only show if you have flagged bookings on your account.
You can access them from your Dashboard:
The reason for the flag will show in the Information column. To remove the flag, select Mark as resolved:
You can review all resolved flagged bookings by selecting Show resolved flagged bookings.
We will also clearly flag all affected bookings in the booking overview.
