In rare cases, a completed booking may need your attention due to a payment provider or system error. To help you manage these bookings easily, they are flagged separately from your other bookings.

Flagged bookings in the dashboard
If you have any flagged bookings, they will appear on your account dashboard. To find them:
Select Dashboard on your account.
A Some of your bookings have been flagged message will appear above Latest booking activity:
Select the View all flagged bookings hyperlink.
The reason for the flag will show in the Information column.
Once reviewed, you can remove the flag by selecting Mark as resolved:
You can also review previously resolved flagged bookings by selecting the Show resolved flagged bookings button.
Within the booking
If a booking has been flagged, we will also indicate this within the booking itself.
