You can export customer data such as mobile phone numbers (if captured in a booking form) into an Excel-style file and extract the numbers to use in Whatsapp to message your customers either within a Whatsapp group or broadcast list.

How to export customer data
Select the Customers tab from the left-hand menu, add any additional filtering you'd like in the Search bar, and select Search.
You can skip this step if you want to download all data.
Once the results have loaded, select the Options drop-down menu, then Export customers (CSV):
This will trigger a download in an Excel-style form where you can extract the phone numbers ready to be used within WhatsApp.
💡 To note: You will need to add the phone numbers to your phone as contacts first before setting up your group or broadcast list.
How to set up a Broadcast List
With the broadcast list feature, you can simultaneously send a message to several contacts.
Broadcast lists are saved lists of message recipients to which you can repeatedly send broadcast messages without selecting them each time.
Go to your WhatsApp app and select More options, then New broadcast.
Search for or select the contacts you want to add.
Select the check mark
This will create a new broadcast list. When you send a message to the broadcast list, it’ll be sent to all recipients with your number saved in their phone's address book.
Recipients will receive the message as a standard message. When they reply, it’ll appear as a normal message on your chat screen. Their reply will not be sent to other recipients in the broadcast list.
💡 To note: Only contacts who added you to their phone's address book will get your broadcast message. If someone isn't getting your broadcasts, make sure they've added you to their address book. Broadcast lists are for one-to-many communication; if you want group interaction, create a group chat instead.
How to create and invite into a WhatsApp group
You can create a WhatsApp group with up to 256 participants.
To do this:
Select New chat, then New group.
Search for or select contacts to add to the group and press Next.
Enter a group subject. Please note: The subject limit is 25 characters. You can also Add group icon.
Select Done when you have finished.
