If you entered your email address incorrectly or simply would like to change it, you can amend it directly through the portal.
To do this, select the person icon in the top right-hand corner, then Account:
From here, select Update email:
Type your updated email address into the Email address field and press Send code:
You’ll receive an email with the next steps at your updated email address. Please allow a few minutes for it to arrive.
If you suspect that your email address is incorrect and you can't access your account, please contact your Event Organiser.
This updates the email address across all of your booker accounts (i.e. if you have booked with multiple Event Organisers using Bookwhen as their booking software). If you need to amend only one email address, please contact the relevant Event Organiser.
💡 Important note: This can only be completed in some cases, for example, if the new email address appears to be of the same owner. If it appears as though a different person than the original owns the new email address, your request may be denied (without proof - due to GDPR). They will be advised to contact the Bookwhen support team in such cases.
