Recovering a deleted 'red line' entry

When you delete a date/time/duration from within an entry with bookings, it creates a 'red line' entry.

When this happens, you have two options to resolve the issue:

If you need more help with this, or recover the entry, please contact us via live chat or email with the entry name.

Recovering an entry deleted from the 'More Options' tab

Entries can be restored within 72 hours if you accidentally delete it or simply change your mind. When you restore an entry within this time, any associated bookings are restored as well.

πŸ’‘ Important: Entries can only be restored within 72 hours of deletion. After this time, the entry and its bookings cannot be recovered. Please contact us via live chat or email as soon as possible to recover it.
