You can adjust the date, time, or duration of any scheduled event with confirmed bookings. By following the process outlined in this article, the system will automatically move all confirmed attendees to the updated schedule. Not following this process may result in a 'red-line' error.

Changing single events
To reschedule a single event on your schedule, select the entry you want to change on your Scheduling page to highlight it.
Then select the down arrow next to Edit entry and Change event date/time:
You will then be presented with the option to change this event's date, time, or duration. Once rescheduled, make sure to select Save changes:

Changing courses
There are a couple of ways to reschedule a course date on your schedule.
The first way is to select the course you want to change on your Scheduling page to highlight it. Then select the attendee's icon π¨βπ§βπ¦ for the date/time you want to reschedule:

On this next page, you can then select from the Options drop-down menu Change event date/time to reschedule this course date:
You will then be given the option to change this course date, time, or duration. Once rescheduled, make sure to select Save changes:
The second way is to filter your schedule by selecting the Filter items:
Then select the Expand courses box:
Select the date in your course from your schedule, then Edit entry drop-down menu. From here, select Change event date/time:
To reschedule multiple dates on a course, you will need to repeat this process above for each date separately.
Important notes
Reminder emails will be updated to the new date/time/duration and the View booking button link in their booking confirmation email. If customers log into their Bookwhen customer account to view their booking, they will also see the updated date/time/duration.
The system will not notify attendees of any changes, so they will need updating if needed. Please also note that unique links also change when you amend the date/time/duration, so if you have your links posted externally, such as on a social media page or website, you will need to amend these.
