Sometimes, you may have to temporarily stop new customers from signing up for your memberships. This article gives you the best steps to follow when you need to do this.

Temporarily stopping new membership purchases
Making the membership unavailable temporarily stops new customers from buying memberships but still lets existing members keep their benefits. This way, current members can keep enjoying their perks without any interruption.
To do this, select Packages & Discounts from the left-hand menu, then Memberships. From here, select View next to the membership you'd like to unpublish:
Then Edit details:
Within the Edit details pop-up, deselect the published checkbox, then Update:
This will move your membership into an unpublished state and remove it from being available on your public booking page:

Customers who do not have a membership associated with their email will not be able to select the exclusive membership tickets, and a message advising that there are currently no available memberships will appear:

Those who have memberships will still be able to book exclusive membership tickets, provided that they sign in using their 'Booker' account.

Reactivating membership purchases
You can publish the membership again when you're ready to start selling memberships to new customers.

To do this, select Packages & Discounts from the left-hand menu, then Memberships. From here, select View next to the membership you'd like to publish, then Edit details.
Within the Edit details pop-up, select the published checkbox, then Update:
This means that new customers will be able to purchase your memberships once again from your public booking page.
