Occasionally, you may need to temporarily stop new customers from signing up for your memberships.

This article covers:

Temporarily stopping new membership purchases

Temporarily making the membership unavailable stops new customers from signing up but allows existing members to continue enjoying their benefits without interruption.

To do this:

  1. Select Packages & Discounts, then Memberships from the left-hand menu on your account.

  2. Select View next to the membership you'd like to unpublish to open the settings:

Memberships screen with an arrow pointing at the 'View' button

  3. Then Edit details:

Memberships screen with an arrow pointing at the 'Edit details' button

  4. Untick the published checkbox, then select Update:

Edit membership details with the 'Published' checkbox highlighted

  5. This will unpublish your membership and remove it from being available on your public booking page.

Membership offer on the public page

Customers without a membership linked to their email won't be able to select exclusive membership tickets. A message will appear notifying them that there are currently no available memberships.

For example:

  • Signed-in customers who have memberships will still be able to book exclusive membership tickets.

Reactivating membership purchases

You can publish the membership again when you're ready to start selling memberships to new customers.

To do this:

  1. Select Packages & Discounts, then Memberships from the left-hand menu on your account.

  2. Select View next to the membership you'd like to publish, then Edit details.

  3. Tick the published checkbox, then Update:

Edit details screen with the published checkbox ticked

  4. Publishing the membership means that new customers will be able to purchase your memberships from your public booking page.
