What is a Public page?

The public page is where customers book tickets for your events. Each page has a unique URL, and you can customise its name and URL.

For example, https://bookwhen.com/grow 🌱

Share the link directly with customers or embed it on your website using the iframe or button features. Any changes made to your entries and settings on the scheduling page will instantly update on the public page.

Where can I find the Public page?

To find the Public page link:

  1. Open your Scheduling page. At the top of the page, select the double paper icon πŸ“‘ to copy the link:

  2. Alternatively, select View public page to be taken straight to the page and copy the link directly from the URL bar:

Having multiple pages

You can only have multiple pages on the Standard plan and above, where you can manage multiple schedule pages under one account. This is useful for separating entries based on different areas of your business.

For example:

  • One page for regular classes

  • One page for 1-2-1 appointments

  • One page for online courses

You can also keep everything on a single page if preferred.

πŸ’‘ To note: Each booking page has a unique URL to share with customers, but all customers, bookings, and payments are managed under the same account.

You can switch between your pages by selecting the desired page under Scheduling:

Account dashboard showing the 'Scheduling' section
