As an admin, you automatically have a Booker account linked to your signup email. This allows you to use the customer portal like your customers, check your own bookings, test the booking process, and troubleshoot any issues.
This article explains how admins can access their own Booker account and use the customer portal.
Why access your booker account as an admin
Accessing your own booker account can be helpful if you want to:
Test the booking management flow from a customer’s perspective
Familiarise yourself with the customer portal experience
Check how passes, memberships and vouchers appear
Manage or cancel your own test bookings
How to access your Booker account
There are four ways that you can access your Booker account:
1. Via your admin page
To access the customer portal via your admin page:

To access the customer portal via your public booking page:
💡 To note: If you notice a green tick next to an event on your public page, it means the email address you are logged in with has an active booking for that event. It does not indicate whether the event is published or available to others.

3. Via the main Bookwhen website
💡 If you are choosing this option, please make sure you log out of your admin account.
To log in via our main marketing page: www.bookwhen.com:
Select the Log in option in the top right-hand corner of the page:
Once selected, a window pops open. Select Booker Account and fill out your email address and password, then Log in:
4. Via your booking confirmation email
If you have made a booking using Bookwhen as a customer:
Select the View booking button link within your booking confirmation email.
