You can update your consent preferences to control how your event organiser uses your information, such as for follow-up emails.

Consent overview
Consent is captured at the time of the booking and cannot be amended, unless you make a new booking and change your response. However, you can revoke your email preference consent at any time.
How to manage follow-up email consent
To manage your consent:
Log in to your account.
Select the person icon π€ in the top right-hand corner of the customer portal, then Account details:
Select Update preferences under Email preferences:
You can then use the checkbox to manage your email preferences:
Tick the box to consent to receiving emails from that business.
Untick the box to remove consent to receive emails from that business.
Once completed, select the Save preferences button to save your changes.
π‘ Please note: Reminder emails are sent under Legitimate Interest. If organisers have enabled reminder emails, customers cannot opt out.
