Payment provider fees

The available payment providers you can integrate with your account are:

💡 You can only have one active payment provider account at a time.

Charging a fee

There are two types of fees:

  1. The flat fee - is a set amount collected from each transaction

  2. The percentage fee - is the % of the transaction total that is also collected

You can pass this fee on to your customers. To do this, select Edit next to Include online payment fee? within your payment provider setup:

Payments setting screen highlighting the fee section and 'Edit' button. Users click this button to edit their online fees.

Ensure you tick the Add an online payment fee to booking? box and add your base/percentage fee:

Settings screen with arrow pointing at 'Add an online payment fee to bookings?' checkbox. When ticked, users can set a base fee cost and percentage fee cost to add to online bookings.

How the fee displays to customers

The additional fee shows in the checkout stage of booking as part of the total cost:

Checkout screen with arrow pointing at the bottom of the screen, highlighting to users where they can expect to find the additional fees.
