Depending on your Event Organiser's settings, creating a password allows you to manage bookings and speeds up checkout by filling in fields for repeat bookings.
You can use this account to book across various businesses using Bookwhen, so you only need to create one account.

Creating a password
Once you have completed a booking, you will be given the option to set a password.
This option will show on the booking completion page:

And in your booking confirmation email:
Selecting Set a new password will open a new window. Please enter your new password twice, then choose Save password & Login:
π‘ If you select Create an account at the end of checkout, you'll instead receive a 'Reset password' email. This is intended to send you a means to set a password so that you can log in and observe the bookings you have made.
Changing your password
If you need to change your password, you can request a reset code using this link - https://bookwhen.com/password/reset and enter your email address:
Via the Customer Portal
You can also change your password from within the customer portal by selecting the person icon π€ in the top right-hand corner:
From here, select Change password:
π‘ Important note
Event organisers manage payments and refunds. Bookwhen is the platform for hosting events, and payments are processed using the organiser's personal/business account.
Due to privacy, the Bookwhen team can't access these payments. If you have booking questions, please contact the event organizer.
