If required by your event organiser, you’ll be prompted to add Attendee information during checkout. The details you need to provide may vary depending on the organiser’s settings.

Singular attendee
After you have selected Book now and are entering the checkout stages, you'll first need to add a booker email address:
This email address will automatically populate into the attendee details section:
If you are booking on behalf of yourself, you can simply add your name and continue with the checkout stages. Otherwise, you can opt to change the attendee.
Adding additional attendees
If your booking has multiple attendees, please select Add another attendee after filling in each attendee's details:
💡 For events with child attendees, you may be asked to specify this in the Attendee details section. In this case, there's no need to add extra attendees.
Mandatory fields
Any fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. It will not be possible to complete the booking without entering the mandatory details:
Changing the attendee during checkout
There may be occasions where you are booking on behalf of someone else or simply need to change the attendee information during checkout.
To do this, select Change attendee in the top right-hand corner of the Attendee details section:
Once selected, you can re-enter the relevant attendee details, including the new email address:
