If you no longer need your membership, you can cancel it at any time. The cancellation process depends on your organiser’s settings and payment method.

This article explains how to cancel your membership step by step.

Emails you receive

When you join a membership, you should have received two emails:

  1. One confirmation email for your booked ticket:

Booking confirmation email showing booking reference, 'View booking' button, event details and membership details

  2. And one confirming your membership subscription, with your invoice attached:

Memberships subscription email showing the membership reference, and invoice/view membership subscription buttons

Cancelling a membership

There are two ways to cancel/update your membership:

Via the membership subscription email

To view, cancel and update your card details, select the View membership subscription button in your membership confirmation email:

Via the customer portal

To view, cancel and update your membership:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Memberships tab of the customer portal with arrows pointing at 'Memberships' and the 'Active' tab

  3. Select the three-dot (...) menu next to the membership, then either View invoices, Update card details, or Cancel membership:

  4. When you select Cancel membership, a window will pop open. Select the Cancel membership button to confirm the cancellation (or Keep membership to keep your membership active):

💡 Please note: Cancellation policies vary by event organiser. Contact your event organiser directly to check the cancellation policy.

Booking notes

  • As a member, you can book tickets for dates beyond your current membership period, as the system assumes your membership will continue.

  • If you cancel, any bookings outside the active period will be automatically cancelled when the membership ends.
