If you've set up a recurring schedule and need to delete a specific date, you can do so in two ways.

This article covers:

Directly from your scheduling page

To delete a specific date via your scheduling page:

  1. Select the date you'd like to remove from your scheduling list.

  2. Select the drop-down menu next to Edit entry, then select Remove this single event:

Scheduling list with arrow pointing at the 'Remove this single event' option within the drop-down menu next to 'Edit entry'.

From within the entry setup

To delete a specific date via your entry settings:

  1. Select the entry, then Edit entry:

Scheduling setup with an arrow pointing to the 'Edit Entry' button.

  2. Select the Dates & Times tab, the date you'd like to remove from the schedule, then Remove this date/time from the schedule:

Dates & times tab within the entry settings with arrow pointing at the 'Remove this date/time from the schedule' option.

  3. Once completed, select either Save or Save & Exit to save your changes.

Removing a date with confirmed bookings

Removing a date with confirmed bookings will display the event as a red line, indicating that you may need to manage affected bookings. We recommend transferring or cancelling tickets first.

If you intend to reschedule the event, it's best to change the date using the drop-down next to Edit entry instead:

Public page with an arrow pointing at the 'Change event date/time' option within the 'Edit entry' drop-down menu
