If you've set up a recurring schedule and need to delete a specific date or various dates, you can do so in different ways.

Removing a date directly from your scheduling page
💡 If there are already confirmed bookings for the event you wish to delete, we suggest an alternative approach.
To delete a specific date via your scheduling page:
Select the date you'd like to remove from your scheduling list.
Select the drop-down menu next to Edit entry, then select Remove this single event:
Removing a date from within the entry setup
To delete a specific date via your entry settings:
Select the entry, then Edit entry:
Select the Dates & Times tab, the date you'd like to remove from the schedule, then Remove this date/time from the schedule:
Once completed, select either Save or Save & Exit to save your changes.
Removing a date with confirmed bookings
Removing a date with confirmed bookings will display the event as a red line, indicating that you may need to manage affected bookings. We recommend transferring or cancelling tickets first.
If you intend to reschedule the event, it's best to change the date using the drop-down next to Edit entry instead:
Removing multiple dates from a recurrence
Amending the Repeating event settings within the entry menu can streamline the process when you need to remove multiple dates at once.
💡 To note: If there are confirmed bookings on any of the dates you are removing, these will show as red lines. We suggest transferring affected tickets beforehand.
To amend the recurrence settings:
Select the entry, then Edit entry:
Select the Dates & Times tab, and the recurring schedule you want to edit:
Check the settings under Repeating event and Repeat until:
Available options:
• Forever
• Until a set date
• For a number of events
Amend the settings as needed. Some potential scenarios based on the current selection when you want to remove all dates after a specific date:
• Forever: Switch to Until a set date and enter the intended final date.
• Until a set date: Amend the date to the one that's supposed to be the last one.
• For a number of events: Amend the number so that the intended final date will be the last one shown in the list.
💡 Amending the recurrence settings will update the date list instantly. This will allow you to verify the desired outcome before you proceed.
Once completed, select either Save or Save & Exit to save your changes.
