If your event organiser offers a membership option and you have ever purchased one, you can use this section to manage your subscriptions by viewing your active and inactive memberships all under one place.

How to open your memberships
To do this, log into your account and select Memberships from the top right-hand corner.
From here, you can toggle between your Active and Inactive memberships (where relevant).
Active
The active tab shows all of your active subscriptions.
You can select the three dots next to your membership to view your invoices, update card details and cancel your membership:
View invoices
This option allows you to view your invoices, the date of issue and the total cost.
Update card details
This option allows you to update the card details associated with your subscription. To do this, select the Update card details box, then add your new details.
Cancel membership
This option allows you to cancel your membership. Select the Cancel membership button to cancel your membership or Keep membership to go back:
Inactive
The inactive tab shows all of your cancelled or expired subscriptions.
From here, you can select the three dots next to each membership to view all of your previous invoices:
A list of all of your invoices will appear, alongside the date of issue and total cost for each one:
