Booker article: Learn how to cancel ticket

Depending on your event organiser's settings, you may be able to cancel your ticket(s).

How to find your booking

There are two ways to access your completed booking:

  1. Via the link in your Booking Confirmation email (sent to the email address entered in the Booker details section of the checkout):

  2. Or log in to your account if you previously created a password.

  3. Select the Events tab, then Upcoming:

  4. A list of all of your upcoming bookings will appear within the Upcoming tab.

💡 Tip: If you haven’t created a password but have made a booking, you can set one up by using the reset password link.


Cancelling

💡 Important: Ticket cancellations cannot be undone.

Depending on your event organiser's settings, you may be able to cancel your ticket(s). If cancellation is allowed:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Select the Events tab at the top of the customer portal, then find your event from the Upcoming tab.

  3. Select Manage next to the date you would like to cancel. If cancellation is available, select Cancel ticket:

  4. Once selected, double-check it's the correct event and select Confirm to confirm the cancellation:

  5. Once cancelled, the booking will appear under the Cancelled tab. The event organiser's cancellation policy will determine whether you receive a refund or credit.
