Your event organiser will provide a link to their booking page or embed the booking page directly on their website.
This article covers:
Finding your event
Depending on the device that you are using, there are a couple of ways the booking page will be laid out:
Desktop example
On desktop, there will be two main columns:
A schedule list containing the list of events and associated dates/times that the event organiser has set up.
The event details of a specific event that you select from the list.
For example:
You can scroll through the schedule list to find the event or use any additional filters provided by the event organiser.
Mobile example
On mobile, the page will appear as one column, showing the schedule list containing the list of events and associated dates/times that the event organiser has set up.
For example:
You can scroll through the schedule list to find the event or use any additional filters provided by the event organiser.
If the date isn't showing
If the date you are trying to attend isn't showing on the list, you may need to adjust the date filter by selecting the date in the top left-hand corner of the schedule:
Finding your booked events
If you have created an account:
Log in to your account.
Select Events and then either:
Upcoming: To view your upcoming bookings or
Past: To view your past bookings:
π To note
Bookwhen will never ask you to log in and provide a password before selecting tickets or viewing your selections.
If this happens, you've likely ended up on the Bookwhen software page for event organisers. Simply return to your original booking link.
The symbol π« (circle with a line through it) indicates that an event is fully booked. If your event organiser has set up a Waiting List, you can sign up to be notified if space becomes available.
