What is an entry?

An entry is a term used for an event on your schedule. It can be a single date for an event occurring once, a course, or an entry covering multiple dates for an event that reoccurs.

From your Scheduling page, you can select Add a new entry to add an entry to your schedule:

Editing and customising an entry

To amend an existing entry, select the entry in your schedule, then Edit entry:

From here, you can edit the information, add dates/times, further ticket options and more. You can also change dates/times; however, please follow these instructions if you have bookings associated with them. You can also amend the location of the entry by following these instructions.

💡 To note: Any changes you make in an entry will affect all of the associated dates/times included in the entry.
