What is an entry?

An entry is a term for an event on your schedule. It can be a single date for a once-occurring event, a course, or an entry covering multiple dates for a recurring event.

To add an entry to your schedule:

  1. Open your Scheduling page.

  2. Select the Add a new entry button in the top right-hand corner of the screen:

Scheduling page with arrow pointing at the 'Add a new entry' button, showing users where to click to add a new entry to their schedule.

Editing and customising an entry

To amend an existing entry:

  1. Select the entry in your schedule, then Edit entry:

Scheduling setup with an arrow pointing to the 'Edit Entry' button, indicating where users can click to access their entry settings.

Within the entry, you can:

  • Edit the information in the Information tab.

  • Manage the location in the Location tab.

  • Add dates/times in the Dates & Times tab.

  • Manage the booking form fields within the Booking form tab.

  • Password protect and delete the entry within the More options tab.

Special instructions ✨

πŸ’‘ To note:

  • Any changes you make in an entry will affect all of the associated dates/times included in the entry.

  • We recommend keeping the Name in the Information section under 200 characters when setting up the entry. If the title exceeds 200 characters, the system will automatically trim it, adding an ellipsis (...) at the end.
