When customers book your event, you can offer different ticket types, including single-date tickets, course tickets, and group tickets.

This article covers:

Ticket types

You can offer the following ticket types:

Each ticket grants access to a single event date and time selected by the customer on your schedule.

A course ticket includes all dates within an entry under a single ticket. When a customer purchases a course ticket, they book every date and time in that entry.

💡 The entry cannot have a recurring setting of ‘forever’ for course tickets to work.

One ticket covers multiple attendees. You can set a minimum and maximum capacity (e.g., a group ticket for 2–5 people). Group tickets are useful for offering group discounts, as the price can reflect the discounted rate without needing a separate discount code.

💡 The ticket price is fixed and does not change based on the number of attendees. If you want customers to select their group size dynamically, use individual tickets instead.

*Available on the Standard plan and above.

Passes allow customers to purchase a block of tickets (e.g., 5 classes) and redeem them within a set validity period.

Customers receive a discount when booking multiple tickets in one transaction. This can be set to apply only when booking different event dates.

Customers receive a discount when purchasing a ticket within a specified advance period before the event.

*Available on the Standard plan and above.

Only customers with an active membership can purchase these tickets, provided they have access to them through their membership.
